Henry Mwinuka is an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and sub-ordinate Courts thereto save for Primary Courts. He possesses a bachelor degree in Law and a master degree in Information and Communication Technology Law from Tumaini University- Iringa. He is also a lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the University of Iringa where he has been teaching law students for seven (7) years, A partner at Avis Legal, a firm located in Dar es salaam, founder Vijana na Uongozi Forum which fosters to spark Youth engagement in the development agenda and governance within Tanzania.
